This silganplastics.com web site (this “Site”) is a service of Silgan Plastics LLC (“Silgan” or “we”). This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect from the Site and does not apply to other information that we may collect including, without limitation, information that we may collect through personal, email, phone, mail and/or fax interactions.
We may revise this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will also revise the "effective" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. What information do we collect?
We collect “automatic information” and “personally identifiable information” through the Site.

How do we protect a child's privacy?
The Site is a general audience web site. We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If we become aware we have collected personally identifiable information from a user of the Site who is under the age of 13, we will remove that child's personal information from our files.
